The human body is a frequency transciever, sending and recieving signals, but often, trauma inhibits our ability to reach the higher/lighter bandwidths. When we can only access the lower frequencies, we are stuck in the energy of survival, fear and separation.
I think the goal is to restore our ability to tune into the entire spectrum.
